July 2018, Union City Oklahoma- Purchase of this property from past owner to allow GVT to
perform the expansions needed. Tank plant to install new 50 x 100 coating facility to lower VOC
emissions to EPA and local regulations, allow more tanks and vessels to be coated internally as
well as externally with high performance coatings the industry demands. This addition will also
help deliveries stay in line during inclement weather , Cold temp, High Winds, etc.
Air permits applied for, building in bid and design phase, construction to start October 2018.
